I love to create beautiful, healthy smiles for my patients every single day. However, the highlight of my job is getting to know our patients personally and providing a comfortable and positive dental experience for each and every patient. I look forward to meeting you and learning about your life and family, but first let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in St. Charles County and played basketball at Wentzville Holt High School. After graduation, I studied business at Mizzou before being accepted into dental school at the University of Missouri Kansas City. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from UMKC in 2012 and started at Bogey Hills Dental that same year. We recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary and still have many of the same staff members from when I started. I am married to the best woman and most caring mother in the world. We have an energetic baby boy named Bennett who is always keeping us on our toes. He has the sweetest disposition and he loves visiting Dad at the office. Who knows, maybe he will be a dentist someday too! Personally, I try to get outside as much as possible. I enjoy waterskiing, golfing, snow skiing and hunting with friends and family. I am a huge St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan and I love catching a game with my family whenever I can.

I am extremely excited to be joining Dr Pollard and his team! I’ve been caring for patients for many years in the St. Louis area and I am looking forward to this next chapter in my career. My motto is to treat patients like I would treat my own family..honestly & fairly. I truly enjoy getting to know my patients, and helping to put any dental anxieties to rest! I was born and raised in North County, graduating from Hazelwood Central high school. I then attended Southern Illinois university- Edwardsville for a combined BS-DMD program feeding into their dental school where I graduated cum laude. Since then I’ve been treating patients in all aspects of general dentistry and have continued to learn all I can in this rapidly evolving field. I am happily married with two girls Cadence and Kennedy- we love to be outside, riding bikes, hiking and we love trips to the lake & beach. I’m also actively involved in our church community in children’s ministry and outreach programs. I love to give back to the community.
Dr. Jim Oslica
I am beyond excited to be joining the Bogey Hills Dental team! It’s been a true blessing to have the chance to help my patients achieve their dental goals! Providing a warm and comfortable environment for my patients has always been my #1 goal. I love the opportunity to meet and bond with my patients! I was born in St. Louis County but grew up in Southwest Missouri. After graduating high school, I studied biology at the University of Missouri and later would go on to graduate from the UMKC School of Dentistry. I have continued to learn every day and am currently completing curriculum at the Kois Center in Seattle! Outside of dentistry, I spend a lot of time with my family, especially at our farm. I am a sports nut and am a diehard Cardinals and Mizzou fan! I am an avid golfer and hunter as well and just love to be outdoors. I can’t wait to meet you!
Darlene
Darlene was new to the dental field when our office opened. She has acquired much knowledge since then and has worked very hard to assist in the growth and success of our office. As our Office Manager, Darlene is responsible for heading up the front and back office and assisting Dr. Pollard with many clerical and secretarial duties, including keeping track of your dental insurance benefits, managing the finances and processing payroll. We welcome her hard working demeanor, attention to detail, and many years of experience. Darlene is the proud mother of twins named Joey and Jordan and enjoys spending time with them as often as possible.
Cathy
Cathy has worked in dentistry for many years. She went to school at Missouri College and has worked in all parts of the field. One thing has always stayed the same; her passion for creating the most comfortable experience possible for her patients. Cathy has lived many places, but is happy to back in her hometown of St. Charles where she enjoys walking, listening to live music and watching the Cardinals play. In her off time she takes every chance to travel to the east coast to visit with her three daughters and four grandchildren.
Pati
Pati, our hygienist, is originally from Maryland. She loves her work and enjoys patients of all ages from small children to their grandparents. She has a BS degree from the University of Maryland and Dental Hygiene degree from Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She has traveled worldwide and worked in the dental field in 2 foreign countries. Keeping up with the latest dental techniques and equipment have always been her priority. She is married and has 2 sons. Some of her favorite activities include, traveling, discovering new restaurants, gardening, hiking, snow skiing, and anything with her family. She is also an avid sports fan of the St Louis Cardinals, Blues, and the Washington Redskins.
Jill
Breanne
Breanne is new to the dental field. Breanne has worked as a cosmetologist for the past twenty years. She resides in Lake St. Louis with her husband, Matt, and is the proud mom of two very active boys. The boys keep her very busy with their love of soccer, basketball and water skiing. Breanne and her family are very active in show skiing and compete two times each summer in tournaments. Breanne is a 2x world champion show skier and national champion swivel skier. She works at the front desk and is very eager to learn more about the dental field.
Haile
Haile was raised in St. Charles county and graduated from Forest Park Community College in 2016. Haile enjoys helping and interacting with patients. She believes in treating patients like family and doing anything she can to make her patients feel at ease. Haile enjoys warm weather, writing, scrapbooking, cooking, country music, and spending time with friends and family. Haile is engaged and the mother of two young children Isabella and Greyson who motivate and inspire her every day.
Rebecca
Rebecca joined the Bogey Hills Dental Family in May of 2021. She enjoys coming to work every single day, and treating each and every patient with kindness and compassion. She enjoys getting to know and love our patients and looks forward to many years of meeting new people! She has been married for over twenty years and has five beautiful children. She is very active in her church’s children’s ministry and outreach-serving as often as she can to show God’s love to others through her actions. She and her family enjoy our children’s sporting events, music, hiking and spending time together. She spends her free time on photography, bible studies and learning all she can about the dental world to help serve our patients daily.
Kelly
Kelly has worked in the dental field for many years. She graduated from the dental program at Bryan Institute. Her passion is to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. She is married and has three sons and three grandsons. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and being outdoors, watching football, hockey and baseball.
Mary
Mary graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Forest Park Community College. After practicing for 45 years, she retired from full time hygiene. Wanting to continue with dental hygiene in some capacity, she joined Bogey Hills Dental as a part time hygienist. Mary has been married for 45 years and has two adult sons and four grandchildren. She also has two Mini-Schnauzers, one of which is adopted. Her and her husband enjoy attending Mizzou football games, the Fabulous Fox and Stages Performing Arts Theater.
Lindsay
Lindsay was born and raised in Ohio and moved to St Charles in 2016. When her youngest went to Kindergarten, Lindsay decided it was time to start a career of her own and completed the Dental Assistant Program at Forest Park in 2018. Lindsay loves interacting with and helping patients feel comfortable, while getting to know them and listening to their needs and concerns. When not at work, she enjoys reading, traveling and being outside while spending time with her friends and family! Lindsay has been married for 18 years to her husband Mike, and they have two wonderful sons Logan and Rylan who keep them very busy!
Beckie
Beckie is a St. Charles native with a love for its historic roots. Although she didn’t have prior experience in the dental field when she joined the Bogey Hills Dental family, she is always eager to learn as much as possible. She looks forward to building connections and serving patients as best she can! She spends the majority of her free time in the volleyball world, and can’t get enough of the sport. She coaches a club team of young girls on the side, and loves giving her time to mentor and teach the girls.
Melissa
I started my career as a dental hygienist in 2012. Since then, I have enjoyed working together, with my patients, to keep or obtain good oral hygiene. I am excited to join my new team and look forward to meeting new faces. I moved to St Louis as a child from Texas and grew up in Manchester. I went to college at Missouri State in Springfield after high school. After graduating, I lived in University City, South City, North County, got married, and moved to O’Fallon. I have been married for over 25 years and we have two wonderful, beautiful daughters. I enjoy being with my family, being outdoors, taking my dog on my walks, yoga, and swimming when I can. I love to read and enjoy going to the movies. I also like to travel and hope to do more in the coming years. I look forward to meeting everyone at Bogey Hills Dental!

Julie was born and raised here in Saint Charles. She graduated from Forest Park- Saint Louis Community College in 2020. With a deep commitment to promoting oral health, Julie combines professional expertise with a warm personalized approach. Her goal is to ensure she provides the standard of care for each patient. When not in the office, Julie treasures moments spent with family, friends, and her dog Jax. In her free moments, Julie enjoys cooking and creating a vibrant plant collection.
Kristin
Kristin was born and raised in O’Fallon, MO. She has been a dental hygienist for 4 years, graduating in 2020 from Forrest Park, St. Louis community college. She has an additional associates degree in applied science from St. Charles community college. Kristin wanted a career where she helped people, & dental hygiene allows her to do that many times over. She loves helping patients with their oral health needs and educating patients on how to care for their mouths. In her free time, Kristin enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, exploring new places, traveling, and watching her favorite tv shows!
Kayla
I’ve been in the dental field for 2 years, and my passion for dentistry grows stronger with each case I accomplish. I enjoy getting to know patients and their story. My passion for dentistry started at a young age when my mom lost all her teeth to cancer at the young age of 30. She had a really hard time finding a Dentist that took her case seriously so I vowed that when I’m older I’d make a difference. I’m planning on getting my EFDA by the end of the year and eventually want to go on to dental school (SIUE) to become a dentist. I’m Married to the goofiest man in the world and we have 2 beautiful babies, Opal (5) and Ethan (2) who are exactly 3 years and 3 days apart. My family is excited that I’ve joined the Bogey Hills team.
